Granville doesn’t abandon their communities. All this talk about liquor stores at gas stations turning the community into an ugly unsafe place is not the case here. Granville is responsible for turning many of our impoverished areas in downtown into safe beautiful communities that continue to flourish even today. Granville has a great reputation and couldn’t ask for a better local caring company to lead this project.

This small retail development is a welcomed addition to our neighborhood. I wish it was larger.

We have resided here at Copper River for 5 years and have been patiently waiting for some stores to open up. We love it here and as seniors would be nice to be able to drive our golf cart to the store if possible. I am sure it will be a beautiful market and shops for us to enjoy.

We need a gas station and a small market out here!

There are many factors that make me comfortable with this project. 1. A key developer, Granville Homes is the lead. 2. Mr. Assemi has done extensive research and answered concerns neighbors have had with communications and virtual meetings that I have attended. 3. It is a well organized plan to enhance this area. The area will be developed eventually, I prefer Granville has a key role in the future of the area.

I have reviewed the proposed site plan for this project and strongly support the same. The services being offered are badly in need in this area, especially a gas station. It’s also being developed by one of the most prominent and reliable developers in our community, so, I know it will be done right and in the community’s best interest.
